Please note that if you do not opt for one of our service level agreement packages, then our terms of service and support are:
£150 to investigate any issue, plus an hourly charge of £90 to resolve the problem.
Site issues are usually resolved within 48 hours. All fees must be paid in advance of each stage. Prices shown exclude VAT, additional functionality and third-party costs for plugins or subscription services where relevant.
